Hi All, went to fire up my old HP 7100 cMT that has been unplugged and not used in a few yrs and it will not boot up, it beeps 4 times, stops,beeps 4 times, keeps repeating. then shut off. have a green light on the power then it goes out and a red light comes on. has win xp in it. I only use this pc because a program I have for automotive technical info will only run on win 98 or xp. will not install in any other newer windows. all of the beeps are the same length. ???  the pc has a SSD and max RAM. it worked great last time I used it.
