Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I had this HP Compaq for 2 days, and then suddenly, the pc wouldn’t allow me to turn it on. When I turn it on, blank screen, no error code, and power supply fans go rogue. I’ve tried removing the ram, and there was a error code to that, so that means that the motherboard is fine. I also removed the cpu for a day and placed it back in, the motherboard was able to detect no cpu. I have no idea what is going on.

OK, so you've had this for about w week, now. 

 

Did you buy it new, or did you get it used from someone else? And if the latter, how old is it?
