Product: HP Compaq 8200 Elite SFF
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have an HP Compaq 8200 Elite Small Form Factor and it has no warranty since I bought it refurbished. Whenever I press the power button. I hear the fans turning on, then 4 beeps and 4 red blinks followed by a two-second pause.

Hi:

 

4 beeps is a power supply overload error.

 

See the troubleshooting guide below, appendix A, page 58 for the troubleshooting steps related to that code.
