Shut it down last night, turned it on this morning. This came up. Esc and 'any key' options don't work.
It's been unplugged, disconnected, everything Google's suggested.
The Windows + B/V trick did nothing. F8 does nothing.
Holding escape while turning it on brings up the menu, and every test passes. I've tried changing current settings, applying default settings, but when I save and exit it restarts back to the boot menu.
I've tried to factory restore/reset, and that just brings up another screen with minimal text.
PC is refurbished, had it a little over 3 months. It's been restarted or shut off about once a week. Nothing has been changed or updated since last restart.
Running Windows 10, 1 TB HDD, 16 GB RAM. Used mostly for light gaming.
