HP ENVY 24-n014 AiO PC powered off during the night and will not power back on

HP ENVY 24-n014 AiO PC powered off during the night and now will not power back on.  I was not having any problems as it was functioning well.  I do recall there was a software update scheduled for same night it powered off.  I have tried unplugging, pressing the power button, plugging back up and reattempting...just no luck.  Suspect power adapter versus power source/button.  Any other ideas?

@SandraNP Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that HP ENVY 24-n014 AiO PC will not power on.

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

Please perform the below steps:

Perform a hard reset (Remove all cables from the AIO, hold the power button in for 30 seconds, reconnect the cables and restart the PC)

If the issue persists, Access the BIOS by tapping on F10 during the restart and if the computer restarts while you are on the BIOS screen, it would confirm a hardware failure and you need to contact HP for hardware service.

However, if it doesn't turn off while you are in BIOS, restart the computer and Tap on F11, to attempt a system restore followed by a system recovery to resolve the issue (follow the screen instructions for details).
