Product: HP ENVY Desktop - TE01-1287cb

After a windows update of my HP Bios my computer will not boot with nothing on the screen.  The fans operate so I know we have power. I have tried the power reset pressing the Windows key and the b key and nothing happens.  Thank you for any help.

Hi @dhaker1 

 

Tried to create a HP USB BIOS Recovery drive on my PC using the latest November, 2020 BIOS update for your PC that I could find for your MB, it failed.

 

Newer HP BIOS updates allow creating USB BIOS recovery media on different PCs.

 

You may have to contact HP Support or have a local PC Tech program the BIOS using a Serial BIOS programmer with the BIOS update in the above link.

 

Maybe a different Forum member can find a newer BIOS update for your MB which has USB BIOS recovery media creation options.
