HP EliteDesk 800 35W G4 won't start

HP Recommended
HP EliteDesk 800 35W G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The computer won't boot. When the power button is pressed green LED turns on but is only on when the power button is down, when the button is released it goes off and nothing happens, no fan spin or anything.

I have tried swithcing the power supply, hard reset, and clearing the CMOS and nothing happens. This is a new pc, not used more than 2 months.

All help is appreciated.

Thanks

Kristofer

Your new HP computer comes with a HP Warranty.

Under the warranty, HP will repair/replace the computer, at no cost to you, for one year.

So, Contact HP, to open a claim against the warranty.
