Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

As soon as I connect my known good 90w power supply to the PC I get a cycle of 6x long beeps \ red LEDs followed by 3x short beeps \ white LEDs
All the information I have found only goes up to 5x long beeps \ red LEDs.

Can anyone point me in the right direction as to what the issue might be please?

HP calls those tones "beep codes".

See https://support.hp.com/us-en/search?q=hp%20beep%20codes&filter=-1&origin=pdp

and try to find your model.

When I try and open the link I get an 'access denied' message.

Weird.

Instead, access: https://support.hp.com/us-en

Scroll down the page to the "Search our knowledge library" section, and enter "boot codes" in the input area.

HP must have prevented "deep-linking" on their web-site to that "search-results" page that I specified.
