Product: HP Envy All-In-One 24-n014 (touch)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

Computer won’t turn on at all. Only LED working is at the back power connection when cord is plugged in. Followed all troubleshooting processes with no luck. Computer purchased Sept 2016. HP will not provide a representative without payment. Help!
