HP ENVY Curved All-in-One - 34-b025xt
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

This morning my HP Envy, on boot, emits two long low beep, followed by two shot high beeps.  This will repeat and the display never shows anything.  I have been searching the web looking for beep code diagnoses but nothing seems to fit the pattern.  Is there a page that will list all of the combinations of beep codes for the HP Envy 34" Curved machine?

Thanks!

hi

I have a doubt, according to an hp document, two longs, then two shorts would indicate a bios problem
did you do an update?
still under warranty?

Hello, and thank you for the response.  This is my father inn-laws computer. I will get a first look at it today.  He would not have knowingly attempted a BIOS/firmware update.  He said something about it started when he "unplugged his phone", not sure if he means the phone was plugged into computer of not.   The alarm pattern was shown to me with a video, and it does appear to be two long low alarms, followed by two higher shorter alarms.

You refer to a HP document indicating that pattern is BIOS issue. Can you point me to this document?  I have been unable to find any HP documentation that describes this alarm pattern.
