Sorry, but taking that long to boot into a desktop is not unusual.
If there were a problem with the drive that caused this, you would see the lagging issue such that every time you launched an application, it would take a long time for it to appear on screen.
If you want faster booting, your only option would be to replace the HDD with an SDD.
