HP KEYBOARD LOCKED ON CAPS

MY HP USB  KEYBOARD LOCKS ON CAPS WHILE USING MY HP TOUCHSCREEN 9100 MY ON SCREEN KEYBOARD WORKS FINE  HAVE SPOKEN TO SUPPORT GIVEN SERIAL NUMBER AND THEY TELL ME INCORRECT SERIAL NUMBER THAT IS WRITTEN ON BACK  THE S/N IS [edit]. THE PRODUCT NUMBER IS. H2S75AA#ABG  SPARE P/N. 691225-371 FORGIVE THE YELLING BUT CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT  FOR NOW JOHN
