Stuck on HP logo and please wait, I've done a product reset, worked for 3 days. F11 does not work on boot up. F3 works to enter Bios, Windows V worked, Windows V not.[personal information removed], I checked for drivers for my model none available. I ran a diagnostics, error message read FAILURE ID : 0GEETF-8JRB2U-GXGK7A-60RC03. My System ID 8224, and Product ID F1W22EA#ABU. I've run out of ideas can anyone help or advise 🤔
