Product: OMEN by HP 40L Gaming Desktop PC GT21-1000i (6C1R0AV)

Hello! Randomly, when I boot up my computer and begin to use it, after two to three minutes it will act as if a component is overheating, then shuts down (Screens turn to black, computer shuts off, then proceeds to turn all fans to max speed). I have checked the temps of the CPU and GPU and they are normal, and I have sent it to GeekSquad and they have not been able to find the issue. What do I do?
