I have an HP Omen 45L, I recently installed a virtual audio splitter that I believe had a virus. When I tried to start my computer the Bitlocker screen appeared. The Bitlocker Key ID does not match the one in my Microsoft Account. Is there a way to get around this without having to get a software to wipe the computer and re install windows which will result in me losing all my files etc? Thanks in advance!
