HP Omen 880 PC not booting after failed BIOS update

My PC failed to restart while performing a BIOS Update.

I have tried Win-B during boot, but it doesn't work - there is no response from the PC at all.

I also tried creating a USB Recovery drive, but the downloaded file only tried to install on my working (MS Surface Laptop) PC - there was no option to create a USB drive.

 My best bet is probably to create this USB drive, but I'm not sure how to as the HP instructions seem out-of-date/don't work as I have no option to "Create Recovery USB drive".

That won't work as the BIOS file doesn't offer the "create recovery USB disk" option. It just unpacks to the C:/ drive. Clicking on the unpacked file doesn't do anything.

Just to be clear - I get nothing from the Omen. The LEDs light up, and I can hear the HDD spinning, but no video signal so I can't access any menus. Win-B doesn't work. The BIOS update file doesn't give me the option to create a BIOS USB drive when I try to unpack it on a working PC. I've now booked the PC in with HP so I won't get to trial any further suggestions.
