HP Omen Desktop wont boot

HP Recommended
HP 870/INTEL I7-7700/16GB/1TB
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

PC was working great. I shut it down, unplugged it and moved it to a different room. Now when I plug it in, I hear the fan and drive going, I see the LED near the PS. When I hit the power button, nothing happens. No lights, no display, no keyboard lights, nothing. I hear either the fan or disk drive or both spinning, but nothing else.

@Jsomethin Did you have any accidents while moving the device from one room to another?

Have you reset the computer to release excessive static? If not, use the below steps:

  • Ensure your device is OFF.
  • Unplug all the external devices (If any).
  • Disconnect the power cord from the PSU,
  • Press and hold the power button for about 30 seconds.
  • Connect the power supply (power cord).
  • Press the power button to turn on your desktop.
