Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q016a (Touch)

HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23 is starting normally and shuts down exactly after one minute.  We have done several tests with the online information, and now believe the issue is in BIOS. Something is triggering it to turn off after one minute from switch on. We tried BIOS reset to default and also tried hard reset by removing the battery etc. The issue is consistent, we think it may be a virus causing this. 

Please advise a solution.
