Product: HP Pavilion All in One Bought 2016

Hello and thanks for reading the question

 

This morning, start up only had 'Pick Keyboard" message which kept looping 

 

BEfore doing a system reset to original, any suggestions? 

 

Backing up data currently, only change was adding a DVD viewer install yesterday

You could try a System Restore to an earlier time before the issue started

 

- Select the Start button, type control panel and then choose it from the list of results.
- Search Control Panel for Recovery.
- Select Recovery > Open System Restore > Next.
- Choose the restore point related to the problematic app, driver, or update, and then select Next > Finish.
 

If the issue persists then perform a Reset
