HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-0030
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The PC will randomly reset without warning. For example, earlier I was browsing my e-mail when suddenly the PC froze and rebooted without warning. It does this very often and I'm upset that I spent so much money on something I can barely use.

The PC was sent to HP for a warranty repair but they didn't fix the problem.

As an Update I checked the Event Viewer via Windows and found these critical errors.

As you can see it's happening often and without warning.

Do you know if something has been done, at least, or replaced?
the error, here, is of no help/indication, since it is the typical error message, if the computer restarts, or is abnormally shut down
See if the tests tell you anything

HP took the PC and did the following:

Driver Updated and/or Reloaded

Reinstalled Operating System

Performed Extensive Testing

The latter of which i don't believe, otherwise they would have known where to go.

While it is a "typical error message; it would make sense to dive into why this is happening. PS issue, overheating, etc.

I've done those tests you linked several times and it shows no errors with the components.

Temperature ?
anyway you should contact hp again
If a recovery has simply been made, and that does not change anything, you should certainly look elsewhere
If you bought the computer from a store other than hp, contact them, and see what can be done if not too late!
(returns exchange etc.)

Yes as stated the tests indicate everything is fine. The store won't do anything , only HP. This is souring my relationship with them, they won't stand by their products.
