Pavilion 24
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My all in one Pavilion 24 won't power on at all. I last had it on a couple of weeks ago and everything was working fine.

Today I pressed the power button and the screen remained dark and I didn't hear any of the normal start up sounds. I immediately checked the power cords and all was fine. I even had the power LED on the back lit up. So it is getting power.

i tried changing the outlet I was using, I have unplugged all areas of the adapter, I have pressed the power button while it was unplugged. I have done everything I could find on the support pages. Nothing works. I desperately need this computer to start up, and sadly HP won't let me talk to any of their support staff because my warranty ended in 2018.

Any suggestions? Please and thank you!

I just tried replacing the CMOS battery. Computer still won't power up. LED like on the back still confirms it is getting power. Just won't turn on.
