Product: HP Pavilion 31.5 inch All-in-One Desktop PC 32-b1000i (6J6L5AV)
I have tried all the tips suggested but we are getting nothing other than a glowing LED power light. No noise. Black screen. I have been waiting 45 minutes for WhatsApp support to contact me and none of the other support avenues seem available (live chat, call back). Any tips on how to move things forward with HP?!

Unfortunately, HP has dropped nearly all of their historical support alternatives, so all we can offer now is a Web link to HP Support:
https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/customerservice
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
