Hi, 

 

I have tried everything possible, even replaced both fans and system still shuts down on it's own.

I would like to do a restore again but I cannot go back farther that a few days ago. 

Is there anyway I can go back several months to an earlier restore date?????

Superb job on trying the different steps to isolate the issue.

 

It seems to be a hardware issue.

I request you to contact HP phone support for assistance.
