Can anyone tell me how to clear the CMOS on an HP Pavillion 27-a230 All-In-One? I've removed the battery and let it sit overnight and pressed and held the power button for 30 seconds to discharge any lingering static and that didn't work. There is a 10-pin jumper just above the battery socket with pins 8 & 10 jumpered together which makes me wonder if I need to do something with that. If there's a CMOS Reset button anywhere on this motherboard I haven't been able to find it.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Follow the steps below to reset computer CMOS data.
- 1. Turn off the computer.
- 2. Press and hold the Windows and the V keys.
- 3. While still pressing those keys, press and hold down the Power button on the computer for 2-3 seconds.
- 4. Release all the keys.
- 5. At the completion of a successful CMOS reset, a message showing CMOS Reset (502) will be displayed.
- 6. Restart the computer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
