Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a HP Pavillion P6000 desktop that I can not clear the startup password from.  I have successfully cleared the BIOS but not the startup password.  Any help would be appreciated.  I have powered off the system remove the jumper where it says clr pw, turned it on then off.  Replace the power and jumper but no luck.

Well, good thing my customer remembered his password or I would be still waiting on dead air.  While I appreciated you replying above it would have been nice if you had followed up on your previous post.
