HP Pavillion Touchsmart 23-b210ee , no display after computer starts

Hi, we have ahp pavillion touchsmart 23-b210ee all in one computer in our office. Now even after computer starts, there is no dispaly. it doesn't even shows the hp logo. but power button light blinks. and we can hear the sound of cooling fans from inside the computer.  what will be the issue? please help me to fix it. There is no beep sounds when computer stsrts, so i think it will not be a issue of ram.. Is it the issue of display? how can i confirm it? Is there any way to connect its display out from mother board to an external monitor to check display..

I am sorry for the issues you experience with your HP computer.

If you did try everything but nothing helped, I am afraid you will need to bring your computer (or ship it) to service - HP Authorized service center. If the computer is still under warranty, you will need to notify HP support first. If you are not sure where such a center is located, please contact HP support for assistance in finding one.
