HP Pavillion desktop can't see or use BIOS

I've got an HP Pavilion desktop that will boot into Windows but I can't see the BIOS or any of the screens that come before Windows loads.  The CMOS has been reset and the BIOS battery was changed.  Nothing worked.  What do I do now?

I don't understand what exactly you want
most hp computers now start quickly, sometimes with an HP logo, then you have access to windows
if you want to enter the bios, you have to restart, pressing the f10 key several times right away
