Hello all.  I have an HP Phoenix Pavilion h9-11704 desktop that the liquid cooling system has failed and I cannot find any replacement parts for it.  So I would like to change the cooling system over to a standard cooling system but have no idea what parts and part numbers I would need.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks.

Sue

Okay I finally found something that seems to be working.  The install was fairly easy and the device fits well in my tower.  I'm going to run the PC for a couple of days to see if I have any problems so I'll post back then.

The item I installed:

Noctua NH-U9S Premium Quality Quiet CPU Cooler for Intel

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00TBHYYFK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It has several install kits that come with the device.

@BigSue, welcome to the forum.

I have never had the opportunity to see what the processor looks like without the liquid cooling; though I have one myself.  Your best option is to contact one of the manufacturers of standard cooling systems, such as, Cooler Master.  I believe their Tech Support will do everything that they can to help you find one of their systems that will work.  If you find a standard cooler that works, I would appreciate hearing what it is.  This will help us with future requests.

If you want to try the liquid cooling, I suggest trying HP Partsurfer to see if HP has the parts available.

So far the heat sync is working great.  I woud definitely recommend this company for any heat sync products.

Thanks for all your help.
