Your computer: HP Pro All-in-One 3520 PC Specifications

was originally shipped with Windows 8 Professional.

How old is the computer?

Is the original HP Warranty still active?

If so, you should contact HP to open a claim against the warranty.

Since there is no power to the keyboard, the usual recommendation, namely to press the ESC key, to show some "text", is not applicable.

You might want to try:

* power-off the computer

* disconnect the AC power

* remove the back-panel, to expose the disk-drive

* disconnect the disk-drive from the "data" and "power" connectors

* reconnect the AC power

* power-on the computer

* does it display any different message, e.g., "boot failure"?

You have tried everything, except for replacing the motherboard.

Unless you can purchase an identical motherboard on eBay, the only solution is to retain the disk-drive (for your files stored on it), cannibalize the rest of it for its parts (display, RAM, CD/DVD, wireless adapter card, power brick), responsibly recycle the left-over parts, and to purchase a new computer.
