me bios sync get redirection features state error

Добрый день, при старте биос выскакивает данное сообщение, после копирования файлов установки виндовс, виснет на запуске служб, перепропробовал несколько версий биос ситуация таже. нужен дамп с чистым me либо чрабочий дамп. помогите пожалуйста уже неделю мучаюсь. программатор есть
