Product: HP Prodesk 400 G3 sff
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Hello All,
I recently installed a new HP ProDesk 400 G3 sff that has been working for the past 3 months.
Just the other day the unit went to a black screen but was still powered on.
The desktop powers on but no video display and both CPU fan and case fans are blowing at maximum speed constantly.
The HP Bios screen doesn’t appear either.
Any idea's what could be the issue?
Regards,
