Hello. I install bios update last version from your hp driver setup. But after install Hp not bootup and have black screen and beep only . After install bios in usb stick . make update again all is ok but Hp not start again. Meybe bios update last version is Wrong.

What version of the Sprout do you have, the original or Pro or Pro G2? Assuming you have a Win10 original HP Sprout, download the latest A0.09 BIOS from https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/sprout-by-hp/7471144 and follow the instructions from the "Recovering the BIOS using a USB recovery drive" and "Install the BIOS recovery file" sections. You should hear 8 beeps and then wait until the recovery completes and autoreboots after. This should take 5-10 minutes. When you mention that nothing works, what do you see/hear or not see/hear?

I'm sorry to answer you so late. Concerning me, I tried all the manipulations mentioned by Dmatser19 but nothing worked. The only thing was to flash the BIOS rom for downgrading to the previous version but I do not know how to do that. So I ended up changing the motherboard of the computer.

Hello Dmaster19, I am hoping you can help me please. I have an HP Sprout Immersive computer model# 23-s010.

It is stuck in BIOS recovery mode, it first displays System Bios is being recovered, Writing New Bios, then it says Verifying new Bios, Bios recovery complete, then the screen goes blank and beeps 8 times and the cycle repeats.

I have created a USB recovery drive according to this link:

I am unable to get into the Hardware Diagnostics by pressing the ESC key repeatedly upon power up.

Could you please help me resolve this issue, thank you kindly.
