Greetings wqhihi95,

This fix could be something simple such as trying a different data cable with the existing monitor. Or try a different monitor, if possible. Or try the existing monitor on a different PC.

You may have a PC problem if the monitor is working correctly. Or connecting a different, known good, monitor yields the same negative results.

Tap "ESC" at system start to see if you can get to the HP Startup Menu.

Check the power supply LED at the back of the PC, it should be solid green.

What do you hear and see? Any startup sounds such as disks spinning, LED activity on the PC or the motherboard, any fans spinning up or any optical drive activity.

You will have to systemically troubleshoot each motherboard component, the motherboard, or the power supply to find the source of the problem.
