Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Have an HP Envy 17 that won't boot and provides a blinking Caps Lock light. HP Download determined the BIOS file for that machine. Trying to create a BIOS USB for the broken laptop on another (W7 Ultimate), but the HP Tool that downloads the BIOS file just sits waiting to download the file, but never does. Can you email me file sp79276.exe please (zip it)? I hope running it will offer me the option to create a BIOS Recovery on USB.
