This method did not work for me. I do not think my computer reset at all. Please help

Are you having problems only with one particular USB port or all the ports?

 

Please follow all the troubleshooting steps in this Link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03327635 and let me know how it goes

None of the ports work. I can only turn my computer on. Once its on there is a screen that ask to press esc key for start up menu but because the keyboard is wireless (bluetooth) i cannot. I even connected a wired keyboard to all ports with no response.

Since none of the ports are working I would request you to contact HP Support for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
