HP Touchsmart 300-1223 does not boot up!

Looking over the list of items and the symptoms, that would seem to indicate the hard drive has failed.  With the listing - 1st Drive: [None]- that should be where the hard drive is located, and since it shows "None" would seem either the drive has failed or it has disconnected for some reason.  The other message "Error Code: BIOHD-2" also indicates the drive has failed.  Consider replacing the drive.

That last message at the end "PXE-E61: Media test failure, check cable" is usually from an Intel network card, but I do not see one of those listed, unless it was added on.  That is not a concern at this time.
