I've tried the solutions posted on other threads but nothing has worked. I had just been using my computer the previous day. I suspect that me turning off the main power might have done something.
Look forward to getting some solutions.

Please post the full product number for your computer. See the following, if you need help with that information. HP Desktop PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number, Serial Number or Product Number?
Have you tried a different electrical outlet or a direct power connection to the wall outlet?
Do you have another power supply for your computer available to test with?
You should also try out this document from the beginning: HP Desktop PCs - Computer Does Not Start (Windows 10,8)
