Duplicate of: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Boot-and-Lockup/3-2-Beep-code-with-4-DIMMs-populated-Intel-I35...

Started new discussion since there was no solution for this issue.

After populating DIMM4 slot with I350-T4 PCIe card present the PC would not post.
Computer beeps 3.2 Code, no BIOS splash screen.

Removing the PCIe card or RAM stick from DIMM4 will make the PC boot.

The specs state I350-T4 as supported: (page 57): https://h20195.www2.hp.com/v2/GetDocument.aspx?docname=c05987487

I ask for your help. I need both the RAM and the card.

I found the solution. There is an issue with I350-T4 card. Taping over pins 5-6 solved the issue.
