Product: HP Z840 Base Model Workstation

hi,
I have an HP Z840 V4,windows 10 pro version 22H2, IS IT POSSIBLE TO INSTALL a SAS Hard Drive instead of SATA Hard Drive without having to change anything?
In other words, do I remove a SATA Hard Drive and put a SAS Hard Drive in its plac ewithout any problem?
I understand very little about computers and I don't speak very well English.
