HP all in one will not turn on

I cannot turn on my computer at all.  Not one thing happens,  I unplugged it and help down the power button for 10 seconds, still nothing.  I changed my power cord with my co workers because we have the same computer and still nothing.   His computer does turn on with my power cord. Help!

Let's try these steps - HP PCs - Computer Does Not Start

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your computer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
