Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, i work voluntarily as a pc guru for a community shed in Perth, WA. we have donated pc's we refurbish under M/S license. Have got about 6 HP desktops similar fault. We load via inhouse server with LAN using Win 10, then upgrade to 11.

About 6 PCV's all similar, will load from LAN ( PXE ) up to the windows emblem or a bit further, then stop.

will usually retry same and then do same error.  Have looked at BIOS carefully, seems ok. checked RAM, HDD, cables  , reset CMOS ..etc..

has gotten worse with some .  any ideas ?
