Product: Envy All in One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP envy won’t turn on. I’ve had it about a year, and everything from its sound drivers to bios having had issues. This is just the last straw. 

I really wanted to like HP again, but this is trash. $2k for a no operating 1 year old computer; beautiful HP, seems the best employees went to HPE, and you just got the leftovers. 

I’ve spoken to customer service too many times to count. I just hope other potential buyers of HP don’t make the same mistake I did: buying an HP.
