Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

A page fault blue screen error can be caused by the following:

 

1. Faulty memory or a system disk problem. Start the PC. Tap "ESC". Select "F2". If possible, run system and component tests.

 

2. Corrupt: drivers or system files. Solving this error is more involved since you can't start Windows. Trying to fix this error requires using the system disk recovery environment or the Repair option recovery environment when booting to Windows USB installation media.

 

3. A faulty Windows Update. Fixing this (uninstalling a recent Windows Update) also requires access to the recovery environment.
