Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Have you used HP boot time diagnostics to eliminate a hardware problem?

 

Boot loader problems are a PITA to fix.

 

Check this YouTuber for tips to fix a corrupted UEFI boot partition.

 

Check this option from the same YouTuber if you have a broken MBR system.
