Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My touchsmart 600-1205uk AIO keeps turning off randomly and sometimes won't respond if I try to restart from the power button. At first it was intermittent but now is frequent, sometimes shutting down 5 times in a day.

The fan blows cold air and vents are not clogged. All hardware installations passed the diagnostic test.

Light on power cable brick stays on each time so I can assume cable isn't the problem. Could it be a software issue as it is currently running on WIN 10 with upgraded 8Gb RAM? Event viewer, if of any help, gives error 10010 which is MS Win DCOM classic error.

I do need some technical expertise to diagnose the issue myself but I learn very quickly.

Any help please? Thanks
