Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (7C407AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I sent my laptop to warranty service due to overheating issues. When sending it, I requested the fans to be cleaned, thermal paste to be applied to the processor, and the broken camera to be repaired. The laptop, which was supposed to come back within 20 business days, returned after 44 days and was broken, even though I had sent it in working condition. The Caps Lock key was blinking in a pattern of 3 long and 2 short blinks, and the screen wouldn't turn on. I sent it for repair a second time, but it came back broken in the same condition. What do you think I should do?

Hi @Frestist,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to assist you.

I'm sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with your HP Victus laptop. The blinking Caps Lock pattern (3 long, 2 short) typically indicates a hardware issue, possibly related to the motherboard or RAM.

As there is an issue with the laptop hardware even after multiple repairs and may need an escalation.
