HP website won't recognize my SN for my ex920 256gb ssd

HP ex920 ssd 256gb
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My ssd is showing catastrophic failure warning and won't boot. I've only had it for a few months. I want to file a warranty claim. Says 5 year warranty printed on it. HP Website won't accept my SN, so I can't get to contact support or add my product to my profile. I've reloaded site and turned off all adblockers etc.

I just want to find out how to get my ssd fixed/replaced... HP Site is seriously frustrating dead end.
