So nothing is starting at all... i havent had any problems until now. I was on it this morning and it shut off like it died. I put it on the charger for a while, checked it, wont turn on. When i unplug and plug the charger, the power button and caps lock button flashes but thats the only life i get.

I tried taking out the battery and holding the power for a min, then put it back and pluged in the charger to start it up again but nothing... please help me. I need this computer for work meetings haha.

I have gone through your Post and unfortunately you will not be able to order those printer parts

 

Please contact HP Support in your region and they will arrange for the repair

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
