Microsoft Windows 11

I moved my  HP envy X360 laptop computer to another room and installed windows 11. I walked away from it for a minute or two and when I came back, Ifound that my screen was off. I discovered that when I moved my computer l, I forgot to plug it in. So it appears that what happened was my battery may have drained while it was updating and my computer will not come back on. Please help me if you can. Thank you

The first thing would be to plug the laptop in and charge the battery.  Depending on how the install was started, it might change the procedure, so explain how the windows 11 install was started.

Also, what happens when a restart is attempted.
