Hard Disk Disk Error U0E21G-7R195H-9XPJMG-60BW03

K5M45AA#UUF
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I received a hard disk drive error.  I ran a complete hard disk drive diagnostic test and received the above failure ID.

What shall I do next?

Hi:

You will have to replace the hard drive and reinstall the operating system.

Since you previously upgraded your PC to W10, you can clean install W10 for free by using the media creation tool at the link below.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

The tool will allow you to make a bootable W10 installation flash drive (you will need a 4 GB flash drive for this).

During the installation process if you are asked to enter a product key, check the 'Skip' box and W10 will install and then automatically activate once you are connected to the internet.

Then you can install the drivers and available software you need from your PC's support page.
